4 bedroom Bungalow – Extension and Alterations – Building Regulations

Replan were instructed by Toppesfield House to provide a Building Regulation package following the successful granting of planning permission from another architect. The proposals were to extend the existing bungalow to provide and additional two bedrooms and communal dining room to serve the owners successful Bed and Breakfast business.
Following the successful completion of this phase of works during the summer of 2020, we are also working on a second phase of development which is scheduled to take place in the not too distant future. This includes works to provide the owners with a master bedroom suite.

Replan was able to provide a full Building Regulations drawing package for the proposed extension together with local engineers FJF Consulting based in Launceston to deliver this beautifully finished 3 bedroom bungalow.
