Replan were instructed by Arthur James Developments to provide a Building Regulation package following the successful granting of planning permission from another architect.
Despite the project being some 250 miles away, Replan was able to provide a full Building Regulations drawing package for the proposed extension and significant alterations entirely remotely. We worked together with local engineers FJF Consulting based in Launceston to deliver this beautifully finished 4 bedroom bungalow.
